SAP™ | Strategic Alliance Positioning
Strategic Alliance Positioning™

Alone, you're a vendor. Together, you're leverage.

SAP is how I create a partner when the right one doesn't exist. I build an alliance of many smaller players, so together they land the big brand, the big deal, or the big opportunity.

The idea
I'd rather get 1% of 100 than 100% of one.

Chasing one giant partner takes forever. It's a year of meetings, and it might never happen. So I build it a different way.

The usual way
  • Chase one big partner
  • One product on one big-box shelf
  • One brand pays for the sponsorship
  • One win, if it ever comes
The SAP way
  • Build an alliance of 100 smaller partners
  • Your product in 100 hardware stores
  • Many brands chip in, same sponsorship
  • Same result, faster, and more people win

Who SAP
is for.

Businesses doing up to $100 million a year. Big enough to matter. Too small to get the big brand's attention alone. Together, they get it.

Growing Companies

You want a seat at a table that's closed to you right now.

Local Leaders

You're the best in your town. Now get the buying power of a giant.

Causes

Your mission needs funding that lasts, not one check.

Big Brands

You want hundreds of trusted local partners in one deal.

What every
member wins.

Financial Gain

New money from deals you couldn't land alone.

Brand Awareness

Your name next to a brand people know.

Brand Equity

A name worth more because of who you stand with.

The Big Deal

The one partnership that changes everything.

How it works

You bring the goal.
I build the alliance.

I handle it all, start to finish. You see the result. The method stays with me.

01

The goal.

Tell me what you want: a brand, a deal, a sponsor, or steady funding.

02

The alliance.

I find the right players and pull them into one alliance with real power.

03

The table.

I put the alliance in its best light and bring it to the big brand or opportunity.

04

The win.

The deal gets done. Every member wins. Or I don't build it.

Restricted

The full SAP method: . Shared with partners only.

SAP in action

Many hands.
One big win.

Here's what SAP looks like in real life. No single backer. A lot of people pulling the same way.

File 031Hit While Helping

A father's promise. A NASCAR hood.

Matt Spencer's son drove a tow truck. He was killed on the side of the road because drivers didn't slow down and move over. Matt wanted his son's name where the whole country would see it.

I helped him build a charity from scratch, Hit While Helping. Then, instead of chasing one big sponsor, we brought many supporters together. They funded the NASCAR spot on Jeffrey Earnhardt's car at Bristol.

The bigger win: that NASCAR spot opened the door to major corporate donors. Through strategic partnerships, they now fund the charity for the long term.

Join an alliance.
Or start one.

With your permission, I'll take a quiet look at what you're building. If an alliance can win it for you, we'll talk. If not, I'll tell you that too.
