Maverick. Relentless. Unseen.
Jesse Johnson-Brower is a strategic operator behind private capital, business growth, high-ticket sales, and mission-driven ventures. He is known for seeing opportunities earlier, moving faster, and operating with a level of determination that feels almost unreal while staying intentionally behind the curtain.
- Personally built and exited multiple companies from idea stage into major contracted opportunities.
- Has consulted, guided, or supported businesses tied to capital and revenue opportunities in the billions.
- Known for working through 48-hour stretches when the mission requires it.
He is built to finish.
Not to participate.
Jesse’s gift is seeing leverage, risk, timing, and opportunity before most people understand the room. He has personally built companies from idea to execution, opened doors others could not reach, created major contracts, raised capital, helped drive revenue, and guided strategic opportunities across multiple industries. It took Jesse nearly twenty years to openly acknowledge that post-traumatic stress has shaped the way he operates. Sleeplessness, intensity, and the need to reset after prolonged pressure have created real business challenges and contributed to the end of major partnerships. The positive side is what separates him: grit, vision, speed, loyalty, and an almost impossible refusal to quit when the mission matters. Jesse is the type of operator who will work through 48-hour days, solve what others avoid, and stay locked in until the job is finished. He has walked away from money, partnerships, and opportunity when integrity or alignment failed. That has cost him, but it also revealed the model where he is strongest: operating with freedom, discretion, speed, and uncompromised judgment. For the right people, that makes him an exceptional guide, strategist, and ally. He does not need constant control or recognition. He needs room to operate with trust, discretion, and clarity.
Visionary Connector
Jesse sees strategic alignment early. He connects founders, operators, investors, and opportunities before most people realize the connection exists. His value is often in what he sees coming before others do.
Private Operator
His best work is usually invisible to the public. Jesse has repeatedly built momentum, opened doors, secured opportunities, and walked away from partnerships quietly when integrity no longer aligned with the mission.
Relentless Executor
Jesse is wired to finish. He moves with unusual endurance, adapts under pressure, and will push through exhaustion when the outcome matters. That intensity is rare, difficult to manage, and extremely valuable when directed correctly.
“If it’s going to be done, Jesse will find and lead the way. What Jesse does, he does at race car speed and efficiency.”Michael Herrema

Forged in the fire of the Pentagon.
Jesse was part of the first military unit deployed to the Pentagon on September 11, 2001. His unit did not leave after the cameras moved on. They stayed for weeks.
Their mission included recovering the remains of all 184 victims and the remains and wreckage of Flight 77. Jesse rarely speaks in detail about much of his military life, but the standards forged there still shape how he operates: move first, protect the mission, and stay until the work is done.
- First military unit deployed to the Pentagon on 9/11.
- Weeks of recovery work after the terrorist attack.
- Long-term advocate for 9/11 education and remembrance.
Money moves through trust.
Jesse has raised millions for drivers, teams, causes, and national campaigns. He understands that capital rarely moves because of a pitch deck alone. It moves through trust, conviction, timing, reputation, and the right person opening the right door.
His private capital work has expanded across petroleum, energy, acquisitions, and business growth. Since 2023, he has aligned and brokered more than $240M in capital activity while continuing to personally work in high-ticket sales environments to keep his communication, leadership, and negotiation skills sharp.
- Private capital alignment and deal strategy.
- Untraditional capital paths for nontraditional situations.
- High-trust relationships protected with full privacy.
He has built from zero.
Not from a boardroom.
Jesse has personally built and exited multiple companies from idea stage into real-world traction, contracts, partnerships, and market movement. He understands every step because he has done every step: the idea, the offer, the pitch, the first sale, the relationship, the capital conversation, the operational problem, the strategic partner, and the decision to scale or walk away.
In petroleum, he founded the Accredited Petroleum Association, relocated to Houston, and helped create more than $200M in contracted work within the first three months. He later built and supported ventures across motorsports, crowdfunding, hero support, real estate, business development, private capital, and sales systems.
Jesse has also consulted for and supported businesses connected to capital raises, revenue growth, acquisition strategy, and strategic opportunities measured in the billions. His strength is not theory. It is seeing the fastest path from an idea to movement — then finding the people, offer, story, and leverage needed to make it real.
Over time, he learned something important about himself: he is at his best when operating with independence, speed, and discretion rather than being boxed into traditional partnership structures.
- Personally built and exited multiple companies from concept into market traction.
- Created major contracts and strategic opportunities from cold starts.
- Consulted on capital, revenue, and acquisition opportunities measured in the billions.
He finds the ones others cannot reach.
Jesse has operated in multiple countries helping correct dangerous situations and remove people from environments where most would never enter. His military experience, specialized infantry training, and leadership background gave him a rare combination of judgment, networks, field awareness, and calm under pressure.
Those skillsets have allowed him to effectively locate, reach, and help extract people in need when the situation required speed, discretion, and trust. The details stay protected. The pattern is simple: find the person, understand the threat, and get them out.
Vision that creates movement.
Jesse founded FaceFunding to combine crowdfunding, emotional encouragement, and public support. FaceFunding’s first time on the NASCAR track helped raise capital for nonprofit Hit While Helping to market in NASCAR, elevating its brand awareness and equity.
He later built HeroDeals and the Hero Economy to connect American Heroes with businesses that serve them with integrity while exposing predatory marketing practices targeting veterans and first responders.
- FaceFunding: crowdfunding with emotional support.
- HeroDeals: verified hero discounts without data trapping.
- Johnson-Brower Financial Group: capital, growth, training, and mission.
