You Came Here To See What Happens Next.

Before You Pay Us, We Need To See The Opportunity.

You don't need to diagnose your own company first. The Free Revenue Review helps us understand how the business makes money, where revenue may be getting missed, and whether we believe we can create enough value to justify working together.

IF WE'RE NOT A FIT

We tell you.

We won't manufacture a reason to sell you consulting. If we don't believe we're the right fit, we'll send a simple email and let you know.

IF WE ARE A FIT

You get a detailed review.

We'll show you what we found, where we see revenue opportunities, why they matter, how we believe we can help, and what a 90-day engagement would look like.

THE 90-DAY ENGAGEMENT

90 Days To Find It, Build It, And Put It To Work.

If we decide to work together, the initial engagement is 90 days. We identify the highest-value opportunities, build the right changes, help implement them in the real business, measure what happens, and transfer ownership to your team.

S3

ONE SYSTEM. FOUR ENGAGEMENT PHASES.

The S3 Method™ tells us where to look. The 90-day process tells us how we do the work.

Throughout the engagement, we use Sell. Stack. Scale. to look for ways to close more of the opportunities you already have, create more value from each customer and relationship, and remove repetitive work that wastes time and money.

DAYS 1–14
DISCOVER

Find What's Really Happening.

We get inside the business and look at what is actually happening—not what everyone assumes is happening. We want to understand how money moves through the company, where opportunities are being lost, and where valuable resources are being underused.

  • Sales performance and process
  • Lead flow and follow-up
  • Average ticket and discounting
  • Cancellations and lost opportunities
  • Customer value and relationships
  • Leadership, people and accountability
  • Systems and repetitive work
  • Existing resources and partnerships
DAYS 15–30
BUILD

Decide What Is Worth Changing.

We don't try to fix everything at once. We prioritize the opportunities that can matter most, then build the strategy, process, training or system needed to capture them.

  • Prioritize the highest-value opportunities
  • Develop the strategy and approach
  • Build practical processes and systems
  • Prepare leadership and team implementation
DAYS 31–60
IMPLEMENT

Put It Into The Real Business.

A strategy that stays on paper has no value. This phase is about implementation: working with leadership, training the right people, putting systems into use, establishing accountability and adjusting when reality exposes something the plan didn't.

  • Leadership involvement
  • Team training and communication
  • Real-world implementation
  • Accountability and measurement
  • Testing and adjustment
  • Documentation where it matters
DAYS 61–90
PROVE & TRANSFER

Measure It. Improve It. Hand It Off.

We look at what happened, improve what needs improving, reinforce the changes that are working, and make sure leadership understands how to continue without depending on us.

  • Measure what changed
  • Refine what needs work
  • Reinforce successful changes
  • Transfer ownership to leadership
HOW
WE WORK

WHY YOU'RE ON THIS PAGE

You Wanted To Know What It's Actually Like To Work With Us.

By this point, you don't need another sales pitch. You need to know what happens, who does what, how involved your team needs to be, how long the work takes, and what you're left with when it's over.

That's how we work: understand the business, find the opportunity, build the right solution, implement it with your people, measure it, and transfer it.

A DIFFERENT STARTING POINT

We Don't Need To Sell You More Stuff.

We aren't coming in with a predetermined product that needs to fit your problem. The tool doesn't matter. The result does. Before adding expense, we want to understand what your current business could be producing.

We don't automatically tell you to buy more leads.
We don't automatically tell you to hire more people.
We don't automatically sell you software or AI.
We don't add overhead just to make the plan look bigger.
We don't promise an arbitrary percentage before seeing your business.

JESSE + TARA

Two Different Strengths. One Objective.

Jesse and Tara don't approach a business the same way. That's the point. One is wired to find and build the opportunity. The other is wired to make sure people can actually execute it.

HOW THE WORK GETS DONE

Remote When It Makes Sense. On-Site When It Matters.

Most of the engagement can happen remotely. We don't believe travel makes consulting better just because it looks busy. If being inside the business will materially improve implementation, training or understanding, we can work on-site too.

Most Work Is Remote

Reviews, strategy, meetings, analysis, leadership conversations, documentation, follow-up and much of the training can be handled efficiently without adding unnecessary travel.

1–2 Intensive On-Site Days When Needed

When being there creates real value, the engagement may include one or two intensive in-person days. Any required travel expenses are handled separately.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We Can Build The Plan. Your Team Has To Use It.

The companies that get the most from this process don't hand us a problem and disappear. Leadership stays involved, gives us access to what matters, and is willing to implement.

What We Need

  • Honest access to the business
  • Useful data and real numbers
  • Leadership involvement
  • Open communication
  • Willingness to challenge assumptions
  • Commitment to implementation

What You Should Expect From Us

  • Direct feedback
  • Practical recommendations
  • A focus on profitable revenue
  • Clear priorities
  • Implementation support
  • A system your leadership can own

DAY 90

Day 90 Isn't When We Become Permanent. It's When You Shouldn't Need Us To Be.

The goal is not dependency. By the end of the engagement, the changes we've implemented should be operating inside the business, the right people should be trained, ownership should be clear, useful processes should be documented, and leadership should know what to measure and what happens next.

Changes Operating People Trained Ownership Assigned Processes Documented Measures Established Next Steps Clear
If continued advisory, optimization, training or implementation support would create additional value after the initial 90 days, you can choose to extend the relationship under a separate agreement.
