CLEAR FROM THE BEGINNING.
These are the primary business terms. Approved partners will receive a separate written Call Jesse Partner Agreement containing the complete legal terms before the partnership begins.
24-Month Initial Commitment
The initial Call Jesse partnership term is 24 months beginning as stated in the executed Partner Agreement.
$10,000 Partner Launch
The one-time Partner Launch fee becomes due after approval and execution of the applicable Partner Agreement.
$2,500 Monthly Partnership Fee
The monthly partnership fee is billed according to the payment schedule and authorization contained in the Partner Agreement.
Approval Required
Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Payment does not purchase Jesse's endorsement. Johnson-Brower determines whether a business is accepted into Call Jesse.
Standards Must Continue
Call Jesse Partners are expected to continue meeting Johnson-Brower's service, conduct and trust standards throughout the relationship. Recommendation or endorsement may be suspended when those standards are not met, subject to the signed agreement.
No Guaranteed Referrals
No specific number of introductions, leads, referrals, customers, opportunities, sales or revenue is promised.
No Guaranteed Search or AI Results
Johnson-Brower does not guarantee search rankings, indexing, traffic, citations, AI recommendations or acceptance by third-party platforms.
Relevant Network Distribution
Call Jesse positioning may be incorporated into relevant qualifying Johnson-Brower properties. Distribution varies by business, industry, geography, property and relevance.
No Automatic Exclusivity
Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, participation does not create exclusive category or territory rights.
Networking Is Active, Not Guaranteed
Jesse actively seeks relevant relationships, positioning opportunities and introductions, but no particular introduction, relationship or opportunity can be guaranteed.
Technology Defined in Writing
Included technology, AI, CRM, reputation, automation or related services are defined in the applicable signed agreement or order.
Complete Agreement Controls
Payment terms, defaults, suspension, termination, renewal, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability and other legal provisions are governed by the executed Call Jesse Partner Agreement.
