The Guy It Pays to Know

You don't need a bigger business.
You need a stronger position.

I see opportunities other people miss, then I build the strategy, the sales, and the partnerships to win them. I do it for my own companies first. When I see a real opportunity with someone else, I get involved.

Strategy

Know the market, find the gap, and set up the win before you spend a dollar.

Sales

20+ years selling high-ticket deals. Better offers, better pitches, more closed business.

Partnerships

The right ally brings buyers, money, and reach you can't get alone.

Ownership

I build, invest in, and partner on businesses with low overhead and high margins.

Strategic Growth · Led by Jesse

I find opportunities
others miss.

Every business has one partnership it hasn't used. Most owners walk right past it. Here's what I do about it.

01

Find it.

I spot the partner others miss. The one who already has your buyers, your stage, or your money.

02

Or build it.

No partner big enough? I create one. I pull smaller players into one alliance a major brand can't ignore.

03

Position you.

I put you in your best light, so the other side sees exactly what you bring and why they need it.

04

Land it.

I bring both sides to the table and help close it. Both sides win, or I don't build it.

Work With Jesse A few clients at a time. I say no more often than yes.

Same homeowner.
Different moments.

The businesses that help someone buy, improve, maintain, and protect a home all serve the same customer, just at different times. Connected the right way, they send each other business without leaning on ads. My strategy works in any industry. Homeownership is where I've gone deepest.

Buying & Selling

Real estate agents, brokers, mortgage lenders, and title companies.

Improving

Deck builders, roofers, siding, windows, remodelers, and flooring.

Maintaining

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lawn care, snow removal, and cleaning.

Protecting

Insurance, security, and restoration companies.

Neither knew they needed each other. I did.

While I was building the Accredited Petroleum Association, I used NASCAR to get in front of the CEOs of huge companies. As a season sponsor, I brought them into the pits, onto the track, and up into the owner's box. Then I surprised them with their company's logo on the car.

That's how I got close to two leaders. One ran a tech company that serves gas stations and convenience stores. The other ran one of the biggest energy companies in the world. They had never met.

I saw the fit and put them together. They agreed to a nationwide rollout of new fuel and convenience locations. It all happened at the track.

Result: $1.5B+ committed. My largest partnership to date.

An Earnhardt, back in the iconic No. 3.

In April 2022, Jeffrey Earnhardt drove the No. 3 Richard Childress Racing car at Talladega. It was the biggest race of his career, and I was honored to be a part of the team. My company, the Accredited Petroleum Association, rode on the car.

Then he went out and won the pole.

A father. A promise. A NASCAR hood.

Matt Spencer's son Keagan drove a tow truck. He was killed on the side of the road because a driver didn't slow down and move over. I met Matt at an auto show. He wanted the whole country to know his son's name.

I told him, "Just be a dad. Keep sharing Keagan's story. I'll handle the rest." We built a charity from scratch, Hit While Helping, and put it on the hood of Jeffrey Earnhardt's car at Bristol. Auto show to NASCAR in under 8 months.

Result: a brand-new charity that now has big donors who give again and again.

Business is war. Win before you fight.

The Business
Warfare Doctrine.

Every business competes for customers, people, and opportunities. But winning isn't about fighting harder or spending more. It's about being so well positioned that the fight is decided before it starts. That's my method, inspired by Sun Tzu's The Art of War and built for business.

  1. I
Intelligence. Know the battlefield. Understand your buyers, rivals, and gaps before you make a move.
  2. II
Defense. Protect what you've built. Keep your customers, your reputation, and your margins hard to take.
  3. III
Offense. Capture opportunities. Better offers, sharper sales, and disciplined, profitable growth.
  4. IV
Alliances. Multiply your strength. Partner with businesses that already have your customers. Stop fighting alone.
  5. V
Positioning. Win before you fight. Become the first choice before anyone can compete on price.

Alone, you're a vendor.
In an alliance, you're leverage.

There's a win
on your table.
Let's find it.

Most of my time goes into building my own ventures. When I see a real opportunity with another business, a partnership, joint venture, or investment, I make time for it. With your permission, I'll take a quiet look. If I see a win worth going after, we'll talk. If I don't, I'll tell you that too.

  1. Fill out the short form. It takes about two minutes.
  2. I read every request myself. Not an assistant. Me.
  3. If I see a win on your table, we sit down. That's where the real work starts.

Best fit: businesses doing up to $100M a year.
