I find the right partner. If it doesn't exist, I create it.

The Guy It Pays to Know

Why owners
call me first.

For 20 years, when owners need the right partner, they've had one answer: "Call Jesse."

Both Sides

I work both sides of the deal. Both sides trust me, so both sides say yes.

Names You'd Know

Major brands, pro teams, and big money. All kept under NDA.

20 Years

Two decades of putting the right people in the same room.

Few at a Time

I take on a few clients at a time. Each one gets my full focus.

How I work

Find it.
Or build it.

Every business has one partnership it hasn't used. Most owners walk right past it. Here's what I do about it.

01

Find it.

I spot the partner others miss. The one who already has your buyers, your stage, or your money.

02

Or build it.

No partner big enough? I create one. I pull smaller players into one alliance a major brand can't ignore.

That's SAP™
03

Position you.

I put you in your best light, so the other side sees exactly what you bring and why they need it.

04

Land it.

I bring both sides to the table and help close it. Both sides win, or I don't build it.

Different rooms.
Same result.

Most of my work is under NDA, so you'll never see it. These three are public, or mine to share. Three different worlds. One gift.

File 017Energy

Neither knew they needed each other. I did.

Two players in the energy industry. One was ready to grow across the country. The other had the money and the know-how to build it. They had never met.

I saw the fit, put them in the same room, and built the partnership.

Result: $1.5B+ committed. My largest partnership to date.

An Earnhardt, back in the iconic No. 3.

In April 2022, Jeffrey Earnhardt drove the No. 3 Richard Childress Racing car at Talladega. It was the biggest race of his career, and I was honored to be a part of the team. My company, the Accredited Petroleum Association, rode on the car.

Then he went out and won the pole.

Result: a legendary name, a legendary car, and every partner on it seen by millions.

A father. A promise. A NASCAR hood.

Matt Spencer's son drove a tow truck. He was killed on the side of the road because drivers didn't slow down and move over. Matt wanted to put his son's name where the whole country would see it.

I helped him build a charity from scratch, Hit While Helping, and put it on the hood of Jeffrey Earnhardt's car at Bristol.

Result: a brand-new charity that now has big donors who give again and again.

When the right partner doesn't exist, this is how I create one.

Strategic Alliance
Positioning™

SAP is how I get small businesses a seat with major brands that would never take the meeting otherwise. I start by the same customer. Then I bring that alliance to the table.

The brand gets . The businesses get . I make sure .

Alone, you're a vendor.
In an alliance, you're leverage.

Who I bring
to the table.

From national brands to the shop down the street. Every one of them had a great partnership waiting. Most just hadn't found it yet.

01

Major Brands

You want reach and trust in new markets, fast. Building it yourself is slow and costly. I bring the partners who already have it.

→ Reach at scale
02

Startups

You have a great product and no one knows your name. I put you next to people who already have your buyers.

→ Instant credibility
03

Local Businesses

You're great at what you do, but you're tired of chasing leads one at a time. I bring the partners who send them to you.

→ Bigger deals
04

Nonprofits & Causes

Your mission matters, but the money isn't there to grow it. I put your cause in front of people who want to fund it.

→ Funding that lasts
05

Athletes & Teams

You have the eyeballs. You need the right money behind them. I bring the sponsors and build deals they renew.

→ Sponsorship dollars
