THE PROCESS
IT'S ALL ABOUT THE FOUNDATION!!!
I’ve got two super active boys (11 & 14), and they both want to hit the weights and get HUGE. The problem is, nobody has properly taught them the fundamentals to build that fitness foundation.
Our kids need to UNDERSTAND exercise, flexibility, recovery, food, and how they impacts their body and mind. There is NO reason for kids to be in a gym, or to be “pushed” by a coach to lift without MASTERING the foundational aspects of fitness, nutrition, and high achievement mindset.
TRUST ME. YOU DON’T WANT YOUR KID’S GYM TEACHER OR COACH TEACHING YOUR KIDS ABOUT FITNESS, NUTRITION, OR MINDSET…THE LARGE MAJORITY AREN’T QUALIFIED!!!

HOW IT WORKS
Fact is…our kids mental and physical health is worth every penny. What they’ll learn over the next 12 weeks will stay with them a lifetime.
VIDEO ACCOUNTABILITY
Athletes will be asked to film and submit their workouts and homework daily.
Phone Calls
Athletes may need to have access to a phone for check in calls with me.
PROGRESS PICS
Athletes will be asked to take progress pics during the 12 weeks.
These pics are for the athlete’s eyes alone.
I will communicate on a daily basis to the athletes through social media, and email (for those not on social.)
Social Media
I will communicate with athletes, and they will be highlighted and recognized for achievements on our social media.
GOOD ATTITUDE
This program is very educational, challenging, and fun. I’m not here to “motivate” the athletes, we’re here to work together.

Jesse Johnson-Brower has 20+ years of military and executive leadership experience. He is an award winning entrepreneur and coach, specializing in mindset and self discipline.
Coach Jesse has served with and coached some of the worlds most elite tier 1 and tier 2 operators, professional athletes, and business professionals.
Coach Jesse is a seasoned warrior and master of mindset and self discipline…and also the most fun coach in the arena. Not only is he hyper-qualified to instruct our young athletes, the athletes will gain a roll model they can count on.

Yes. 100% of communication is through email | social media, and in rare cases phone calls.
No. Alpha Max YouthFit requires nothing other an access for communication via email or social media, and a great attitude.
Yes. All minors must have a legal guardian sign the parental release form found here.
To ensure team’s meet their financial needs we invest $250 per team athlete back into the organization.
Team scholarships are issued on the 1st of each month.
