20th Anniversary of 9/11 — The 487-Mile Walk
For the 20th anniversary of 9/11, I became the first to walk 487 miles across six states, linking the three national 9/11 memorials — the National September 11 Memorial & Museum (NYC), the Flight 93 National Memorial (Shanksville, PA), and the National 9/11 Pentagon Memorial (Arlington, VA).
We raised tremendous awareness — for survivors, families, and all who still carry the weight.
But awareness alone isn’t enough.
